From A Vision To A Movement.

The Young Christian Development Initiative (YCDI) is a faith-based, non-governmental organization dedicated to the holistic development of young people. It started originally with the name ‘Christian Youth Development Programme’ (CYDP) in 2017 but was later registered with the current name in 2018.

YCDI exists to train, mentor, and equip the next generation of leaders to excel spiritually, academically, and socially, with a mission grounded in Christian principles. At YCDI, we believe that empowering youth is the foundation for creating lasting societal impact, and we work through strategic programs, events, and partnerships to inspire young people to pursue godliness and become agents of change in their communities.

Our volunteer-driven network includes students and professionals from diverse fields who share the goal of nurturing young people into becoming leaders of integrity, guided by strong moral and spiritual values.
